In a speech earlier Thursday, leaders of Yemen’s Ansarla movement condemned the ongoing massacre and savage crimes by the Israeli regime against the people of Gaza in recent years, saying “a humanitarian catastrophe is happening before the eyes and ears of the world.”
“We are witnessing the death of human conscience,” he said, noting that over a million civilians, many of their children, women and sick people are dying of hunger and thirst under the siege of Israel.
The leader of Yemen’s Ansarla movement said, “The United States is actively supporting Israel’s war and promoting bloodshed.”
“There is no killing tool that the West has not handed over to the Zionists,” he emphasized.
Al Houch said that as long as the war with Gaza continues, the ban on voyages of ships to Israeli ports is still in effect and that the Israeli regime will not be allowed to resume operations at Ailat port.
Recently, Yemeni forces sank two Israeli-bound ships, the Magic Sea and the Eternal C, after violating a voyage ban in the Red Sea.
The Yemeni army launched a campaign in November 2023 against Israel-linked ships and targets.
Yemen halted its attack in January when Israel accepted the Gaza ceasefire.
But two months later, Israel unilaterally defeated the Gaza ceasefire, resuming its aggression and urged Yemeni forces to resume operations to support the Palestinians.
