Iran’s parliament chair Mohammad Bagh Gallibah stressed that in the current situation, strengthening Iran’s defensive capabilities will strengthen its top priorities and urgency.
“As I know the efforts of the military, I will inform the people of Iran that strengthening the defense of the country is being pursued quickly and seriously. The valuable experience gained from the 12-day war has identified and addressed many weaknesses. Iran,” Galibav said.
“Our military forces have made appropriate plans to prevent miscalculation by the enemy. One such measure was the “sustainable authority” missile drills implemented by the navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
On June 13, Israel launched a blatant, unprovoked attack on Iran, triggering a 12-day war that killed at least 1,064 people across the country, including military commanders, nuclear scientists and ordinary civilians.
The United States also took part in the war by bombing three nuclear sites in Iran with a serious violation of international law.
In response, Iranian forces targeted strategic sites across the occupying regions and Aldeid Air Force Base in Qatar, the largest US military base in West Asia.
On June 24, Iran managed to stop the terrorist invasion through successful retaliation operations against both the Israeli regime and the United States.
