Tehran – An exhibition of works from the third edition of Iranian contemporary painting officially opened on Friday at the Iranian Artist Forum (IAF).
The event, organized in collaboration with the Iranian Association of Painters and Saman Insurance Company, is currently underway across the IAF gallery, Mehr reported on Saturday.
At the invitation of entry, 170 artists participated with over 4,500 artwork. The submitted works were reviewed and selected by ju apprentices including Shahryar Ahmadi, Rozita Sharafjahan and Amir Naseri, the report added.
The third edition of the Grand Prize in Iranian Contemporary Painting will be held until July 20th at the NAMI, Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter Gallery at IAF.
