Kamalbandi arrived with an Iranian delegation in Vienna on Sunday, noting that in June, the US-Israel attack on Iranian nuclear facility in Iran became Iran and drafted a framework for a solution to prevent such attacks from happening to others again.
He said, “The resolution is consistent with previous resolutions previously presented at the IAEA General Assembly, reaffirming the ban on attacks on nuclear facilities, but the United States opposed its drafting.”
He said, “During this period, significant events occurred: attacks on our country’s territory and nuclear facilities, which led the Islamic Republic of Iran to take a stance and take action to prevent such incidents from happening again.
Kamalvandi further states, “The resolution is consistent with previous resolutions such as Security Council resolutions 487, 533, 444 and the IAEA General Conference solution, reaffirming the ban on attacking nuclear facilities.”
