“If we were trying to give up enrichment in our own soil, we wouldn’t have had to go under serious and oppressive US sanctions in the last few decades,” Aleph said at a cabinet session held in Tehran on Wednesday morning.
“The statements by American officials are contradictory. Indirect negotiations, the atmosphere they created to soothe Zionist regime as they speak about the issue of enrichment outside the negotiation room under the influence of the media,” said the First Vice President.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran follows the same path that was planned in advance in indirect negotiations. The red lines drawn by the Islamic Republic of Iran enrich the Iranian soil.
Tehran and Washington have already held four rounds of indirect negotiations hosted and promoted by Oman, with negotiators explaining their previous “constructive” talks.
