Iranian President Masudo Pezeschkian met with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Garst Sto Sto in New York on Wednesday night and emphasized that Tehran has never sought nuclear weapons and never sought them based on his ideological principles and clear political stance.
He said Western skepticism about Iran’s peaceful nuclear program is rooted in misunderstanding and partially promoted by false propaganda from the Zionist regime.
The president warned that “the dialogue is no longer meaningful if a snapback mechanism is triggered,” adding that the West must demonstrate its commitment to its obligation to agree. He emphasized that the current situation was the result of the West’s failure to respect its commitment.
Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gar Store has decided to resolve the issue and said, “We must seek solutions to understand the concerns and address them. In this way, we can prevent the activation of the snapback mechanism.”
