“A month after the fact, US media confirms what everyone knows. “Netanyahu ordered a drone attack on a humanitarian ship bound by Gaza off the coast of Tunisia,” a senior Iranian diplomat wrote to X, as reported by CBS News.
“This is simply another demonstration of the absolute light empt of the Israeli regime over the sovereignty of other states, international law and the lives and dignity of humans.”
“The world must stop this wild lawlessness, prevent the immunity of genocide war criminals, and hold them accountable to their apolgists.”
Previously, two American intelligence agencies explained the issue to CBS News, who told the Israeli forces launched drones from submarines on September 8th and 9th, dropping fire devices into boats moored outside Sidi Boo’s Tunisian port. Authorities spoke under conditions of anonymity as they were not permitted to speak publicly about national security issues.
Under international humanitarian law and laws of armed conflict, the use of burnt Cen weapons for civilian or civilian purposes is prohibited in all circumstances.
Israel has been in force with the Navy blockade of the Gaza Strip for more than a decade, and first declared restrictions in January 2009, when the navy announced that it would close coastal waters for all maritime traffic.
