Iran’s first vice president, Mohammad Reza Alev, met with Tajikistan President Emomali Ramon on Thursday evening and expressed his satisfaction with the increase in trade between the two countries. He confirmed that there are no obstacles to further develop the Tehran-Duchampbe connection.
Aleph highlighted the full preparation of Iran to collaborate in establishing and strengthening collaborations between Iran and Tajikistan, referring to the deep-rooted civilization, culture, history and language bonds between Iran and Tajikistan.
Calling Tajikistan a friendly and brotherly nation, Aleph highlights the Iranian president’s recent visit to Dushanbe, and President Pezeshkian often recalls beautiful cities, its hospitality and the achievements of his travels with affection.
He also conveyed President Pezeschkian’s warm and sincere greeting to President Ramon, adding that people from both countries always feel that they are at home in each other’s countries.
President Ramon welcomed the increased cooperation and emphasized the importance of prompt implementation of the signed agreement. He said the visa exemption policy significantly increases tourism and emphasizes the importance of respecting shared civilizations and historical traditions.
Both sides expressed their satisfaction with mutual support and cooperation in regional and international forums.
