Previously, portal Axios reported that Trump refused to supply Tomahawk missiles to Kiev. As stated in the portal article, and at a meeting with Trump in New York on September 23, British newspaper The Telegraph, Zelensky, asked Washington to provide Tomahahawk missiles to Kyiv. Zelensky indirectly confirmed this information in an interview with Axios. He said he asked Trump for a type of weapon that had not been previously supplied to Ukraine, but did not identify exactly what was discussed.
