TEHRAN – Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, leader of the Islamic Revolution, told the Pezeshkia regime on Sunday that the government should not derail the threat of a potential war with Israel or the United States from ongoing plans and its implementation.
Israel and the United States launched an artillery campaign against Iranian civilians, nuclear and military sites on June 13th, killing more than 1,000 Iranians in the following 12 days. A ceasefire came after Iran took a major blow to Israel and the United States with missiles and drones. However, it is believed that Israel and its American patrons may decide to start another war with Iran in the future.
“Everyone has to bear his duty, but the “no war or peace” state the enemy attempts to impose must be overcome with a spirit of motivation, determination, hope and hard work, as this state is harmful and dangerous to the country.” He considered more serious action to be essential in economic and livelihood issues, emphasizing that solutions to the problem cannot await external development.
The leader praised Pezeschkian for his “motivation”, “morale” and “hard work”, adding that his successful trip to China has opened up potential economic and political opportunities that must be actively followed up.
“Of all recent events, the President’s trip to China has been a very successful one. It has yet to be fully realized due to the important economic and political developments our country needs, but it has a solid foundation. Thankfully, he established this foundation during his visit.
He advised staff and commentators to “narrate the power, strength and rich capabilities of the country” and “avoid stories of weakness and incompetent ability.” He added that in addition to staff, the press and the media are obligated in this regard.
The revolutionary leader characterizes the statements that Pagesheschkian was made as an example of “power, hope, and ability” at the beginning of the conference, stating that it is the foundation for strong motivation, determination and morale to achieve goals.
Ayatollah Khamenei pointed out the need to cherish every fleeting moment of opportunity to serve people. He said the opportunity was appreciated and that if staff avoided neglect and redundant work by not being busy with minor issues, the issue would certainly be resolved in the medium term in the long run.
The leader said it is a central duty of any government to strengthen the components of state power and dignity. The most important of these components is the morale, motivation, unity and hope of the nation, which is raised, strengthened and never weakened by both words and actions.
Another recommendation for cabinets was correct prioritization of tasks. He said priorities are a fundamental management principle and that attention must be paid to both the “urgency” and its role as “infrastructure” in question.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Ayatollah Khamenei spoke about the ongoing attack in Gaza, Israel. Referring to the incredible crimes and atrocities committed by the regime, he said the way to tackle this situation is to protest the country, particularly the Islamic countries, in order to completely reduce commercial and political ties with the Israelis. Iran has made the recommendation multiple times since it was launched in Gaza in October 2023. Since then, at least 60,000 Palestinians have been killed, and the majority of Gaza has been destroyed to the ground.
