Al Jazeera mentioned the Arab and Islamic Leadership Summit on Monday in Doha, Qatar, and reported that these countries are waiting for the meeting to take away practical decisions against the Israeli regime, and that pressure on allies is the main scenario under consideration.
Referring to the Arab-Islamic leadership summit held later today, Al-Jazeera writes that after the Israeli attacks on Qatar, the Arab-Islamic world is eager to see how this summit differs from its previous one.
The network added that Doha was determined that the meeting should not resemble the previous summit and should adopt a practical position.
Al Jazeera then outlined the scenarios he was considering at the Doha Summit. This includes expressing condemnation and anger, halting the normalization process, cutting off economic, commercial and cultural ties, pressure on Israeli regimes and Tel Aviv’s allies, revitalizing joint Arab and Islamic defenses, supporting Qatar’s mediation efforts and supporting the war in Gaza.
The media outlet explained that it would halt the normalization process as an effective and painful lever for the Israeli regime, particularly given that part of the regional strategy is based on strengthening and expanding normalization in the region.
Regarding options to cut economic, commercial and cultural ties, Al Jazeera writes that it includes including Israel and companies that cooperate with it. If successful, it will have a major impact on Israel’s economy.
The network also described an international campaign that denounces Zionist regimes of importance, taking into account the status of countries and prominent politicians from North America to Europe, Africa and the actions of the Tel Aviv system. They also thought the option to put pressure on Tel Aviv’s allies, including the US, was important.
Referring to the recent Israeli attacks on Yemen, Iran and Qatar regarding the scenario of revitalizing Arab-Islamic joint defense, Al Jazeera wrote that this includes strengthening security cooperation to combat the common threats of airspace violations, particularly Arab and Islamic countries, and to protect their territories and airspace.
It added that there is no doubt that Arab and Islamic countries have many levers in this regard. In this context, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohamed Sia “Al Sudani” said Arab and Islamic countries have numerous pressure tools that can be used to stop Israeli attacks.
Al Jazeera added that in any case, Arab and Islamic countries are eager to make decisions that can be effectively implemented, including applying international pressure to stop Israeli invasion, ending hunger and hunger in Gaza, putting international pressure on them, and putting international pressure on Arab military protection and the Gaza rebuilding process.
The network writes that despite the diversity of these options, military conflict with Israel is the least likely option, according to observers. Political, diplomatic and economic levers are the most prominent options considered at the Doha Summit.
