BEIRUT – Recently, Abu Mohammed Al Jolani’s HTS-led government’s Foreign Ministry has leaked about “Syria”‘s intention to take punitive measures against Lebanon on cases of terrorists kept in Lebanese prisons.
In parallel, a suspicious report prepared by Syria TV circulated that these more than 2,000 terrorist cases have become “crater boxes that could ignite political crisis between the two countries.”
The Katari-funded channel cited the Al-Jollani regime’s accusation of Lebanon being “procrastinated and stuck,” noting that Damascus is considering imposing restrictions on Lebanese truck movement across Syrian territory as a punitive measure.
Al Jolani, the self-appointed Syrian president (now known as Ahmed al-Sharaa), expressed in a meeting with Abdul Latif Delian of the Republic of Lebanon that the “delay” of the Lebanese government in addressing his terrorist issues is no longer acceptable.
Dellian was informed that he was a top priority ahead of cooperation, restoring diplomatic relations and even the revival of Syrian refugees.
The self-appointed Syrian president reportedly revealed that he had decided to ask his foreign minister, Assad Sheebani, to visit Beirut to discuss the issue.
Al Jorani stressed that the visit will be the last diplomatic opportunity before Damascus introduced punitive measures against the Lebanese government.
The collapse of the former Syrian regime on December 8 caused more than 62,000 displaced people to flood North Bekaa Valley, fearing al-Jolani terrorists, fled the border village.
The threat from the HTS-led government has, in partnership with Iran and Iraqi relief organisations, urged Hezbollah’s service agencies and to protect these stubborn immunity, placing the area on the brink of humanitarian disasters.
This led to Lebanese anti-resistance team led by US Spiden in Beirut (embassy) accusing Hezbollah of establishing illegal camps for Shiites and Arawite Syrian refugees.
Since taking up power in Syria, concerns have risen over his failure to conquer his terrorist groups operating at the border.
What’s even worse was the leaked Hebrew media report that Al Jolani’s regime was demanding that it be annexed to Tripoli, Syria, given the environment that would help revitalize terrorist groups aimed at security in Lebanon and enforcing the Securia genocide.
Meanwhile, Lebanese security services deny the existence of serious threats to Syrian borders and pursue the source of these rumors, finding out that experts are linked to Zionist enemies and stem from fake foreign language accounts claiming they are trying to ignite a fight between the two countries.
