At the Arab League and Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) summit, held in Doha on Monday to discuss the recent Israeli regime’s attack on Qatar, President Maud Pezeshkian said, “We feel that Israeli territory in Tel Aviv has been affecting pressure after the recent attacks on regional states.”
“The Israeli attack on Qatar was made possible by decades of solid support from our regime allies,” the Iranian president said, adding that “Israel’s attack on Qatar is not a way of showing power, but an act of despair.”
“The words cannot end Israeli atrocities,” he further emphasized.
“The attack on Israel’s “awakening” Qatar has awakened the Muslim world,” Pezeshkian added that “new order” will emerge from destroyed buildings in Gaza, Lebanon, Qatar and Iran.
The Iranian president also said elsewhere that “Arabs and Islamic States are not immune to attacks by the Zionist regime.”
“We have no choice but to unite,” he continued.
“The Zionist regime continues its attack as it enjoys Western support,” Pezeschkian said, adding that “the guilt of those who support this attack will fall in history.”
The full speech of the President’s speech is as follows:
“The most compassionate and most merciful in the name of God,
Dear brother Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Chief of Qatar, thank you for convening this meeting. I will extend my greetings to all presidents and chiefs of Islamic countries.
The brave attack on Qatar on September 9, 2025 was a pre-planned attack by the Israeli regime aimed at undermining diplomatic efforts to end Gaza’s genocide. This attack on diplomacy is more than a crime. It is a blatant and shameless declaration that military power, not law, is the determinant. Unfortunately, the terrorists who arbitrated Tel Aviv felt immune after similar betrayal of diplomacy in June 2025 and the launch of an offensive war against my people.
There is no doubt that last week’s attacks on Doha were pure terrorist attacks. Evidence that the Tel Aviv administration is putting aside moral and legal constraints.
But let’s be honest about how we reached this moment. This attack did not arise from the vacuum. This is the inevitable result of decades of immunity given to Israeli regimes made possible by certain Western countries. For a long time, the world has witnessed the construction of support fortresses around this regime. Each brick was laid through the US veto, the European Trade Agreement, paralysis of justice and the international system.
Over the past two years, Gaza has endured the horrific crimes that tested the conscience of mankind. Today, Gaza is on fire. Over 64,000 Palestinians have been marching within two years. Children are hungry, but the world is simply surveillance and criticising. The International Court of Justice has determined that the actions of the Israeli regime constituted the genocide, but the killing machine continues its work and is now reaching Qatar’s soil.
Your excellence,
We must recognize the dangerous paths we face. The Israeli regime bombed several Muslim countries in 2025. Each attack and attack by this administration is justified as a legitimate defense, each filled with ambiguous responses and empty condemnations from Western countries.
They also have to name the accomplices who make these crimes possible. When an unfair regime under any circumstances receives arms, funds and diplomatic support, it knows there is no limit. When veto and double standards paralyze the international system, immunity spreads like a collapse. History remembers the sins of those who supported this attack.
We owe two things to the Palestinian people and to everyone who believes in justice: clarity in speech and action. From a clarity standpoint, we must state that the crimes of the Israeli regime are not isolated cases. They are part of the doctrine of domination, cleansing and planting, a strategy of ethnic cleansing, expansionism and aggression that is strengthened by the accomplices of America and several Western countries.
But from an action perspective, we must say that words do not end the genocide. We must isolate the invaders, cut off weapons and funds, and hold their leaders accountable in the court of justice.
However, these actions are not effective without unity. The Israeli regime expects priorities that are at odds with our rivals.
The attack on Doha has altered many false equations and thoughts, indicating that Arab and Muslim countries are not safe from the invasion of the Tel Aviv regime. Tomorrow, it could be either the Arab and Islamic capitals. The choice is clear. We must unite. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said during the conquest of Mecca. In fact, Muslims are brothers. Muslims are another Muslim brothers, and they seem to have one hand to others.
Your excellence,
The Israeli regime and its supporters should know: the attack on Doha was not a sign of power, but a sign of despair and helplessness. A regime that is confident in its position does not need to bomb negotiators. You crossed all the red lines. You ignored all logic and law. You violated all principles of civilized conduct. But carelessly, you did something important. You have awakened the collective will of Islamic Umma. Your victim story is old and ineffective. The world sees, records, and remembers.
The Israeli regime has declared a war against our sovereignty, dignity and future. In response, we declare. We are not threatened, not divided, nor remain silent. Justice rises from the ashes of Gaza. A new order emerges from the tiled bles of destroyed buildings in Doha, Beirut, Tehran, Damascus and Sanaa. It is not based on hypocrisy, not on Zionist superiority, but on fraternal love and human equality. Anyone who hears a man called “Muslim!” and not responding is not one of them. Anyone who is indifferent to Muslim issues is not one of them. Punishment and accountability for the invader must begin.
thank you very much. “
