A photo exhibition in Tehran by an independent Iranian photographer was held at the Fuga Gallery in Budapest, Hungary.
The exhibition, entitled “Normal Moment,” began on April 10th. Curated by Iranian photographer Mansoor Forozesch, Irna reported that it was supported by the Hungarian Art University.
The exhibition is the result of two years of continuous research and exploration on a common theme. Just as Iran’s diverse climate reflects a multifaceted society, the exhibition captures this wealth through curated photographs. It gives you a glimpse into the everyday stories and ordinary events that shape life in Iran.
By introducing the works of emerging, independent Iranian artists, the exhibition presents authentic and meaningful portrayals of everyday life, revealing intimate moments from the heart of Iranian society.
Participating artists include Amir Masuud Arabshahi, Arash Tawakoli, Vita Kahunamuwi, Fateme Salehi, Gornaz Jibandeku, Hohatra Atai, Majid Halvey, Manaz Minaband, Morteza Beigro, Maysom Pouljafari, Mosen Tabangar, Nikal, Alido, Reyhaneh Malek Shoar, Samira Saramad, Sajedeh Erfani, Shervin Shirkoubi and Saedeh Mirzadeh.
The exhibition will be held as part of the Budapest Photography Festival and will run until May 5th.
