Mahdi al-Mashat, head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, called on Islamic and Arab states and governments to adopt strong and unified positions, face widespread threats from the Israeli regime, and take effective and immediate action to save the lives of the residents of the Gaza Strip.
In an interview with Yemeni’s official news agency (SABA), Mahdi Al-Mashat said, “Today, the Islamic State needs a strong and unified position to fight back the threat of the Zionist regime before this danger engulfs everyone.”
He emphasized that those who are not standing in the Gaza Strip and Palestine today will not be able to dispel this danger in the future, and those who are not disturbed by the painful scenes of those who died of hunger in the Gaza Strip do not understand religion, dignity, Islam or humanity.
The head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council continued to speak to the rulers of Arab and Islamic countries, saying, “If we cannot take action, then if the state makes it take action on this issue and the state does not take action on this issue, the punishment for this silence will fall on the whole Islamic State.”
