One notable aspect of the 12-day attacks of the Zionist regime during the occupation of Iran and the brave defense by Iranian military forces was the effective economic governance of Iran amidst the crisis. In this context, from the first hours after the Zionist attack on Iran in the early hours of June 13th this year, economic institutions coordinated and cooperated to protect the country’s economic hubs in three key areas, preventing serious damage to Iran in this area.
First, the invading enemy launched heavy cyberattacks in the country’s banking network and economic territory. However, stakeholders in the sector and responsible institutions have withstanded the wave of cyberattacks and ensured continuity of service to Iranian citizens. This response played a key role in preventing surprises that could benefit the enemy agenda against Iran. Iran has a strong presence in defending economic infrastructure in cyberspace, demonstrating that it does not enter a state of shock when faced with a crisis.
Second, economic institutions and authorities worked together to prevent the market shortage. Essential goods were continuously supplied to various sectors of Iran, with the situation significantly improved and continued supply to the extent that it was reported that there was no need to utilize the strategic reserves. Just hours after the crisis began. No longer routes or shortages were observed at gas stations or retail centres. This type of crisis management demonstrates that Iran has achieved considerable maturity in economic governance and is actively acting as a significant and prominent force.
Finally, even during the war, Iran was able to operate many of its capabilities. The most specific example of this is even the continuity and increase in Iran’s oil exports that have surprised many Israeli experts. This shows that at the heart of the crisis, Iran still protects its important economic arteries, and is fully determined in this respect. Furthermore, the enemy did not dare to target Iranian oil facilities, so they should not overlook the role of Iranian military and security agencies.
In summary, through recent attacks on Zionist territory and a determined defense of its national interests and security, Iran has demonstrated its serious will and is not worried about asserting its rights. Even amid the crisis, it continues to maintain its effectiveness in serving people, particularly in the economic sector.
