TEHRAN – Brigadier General Abolfazur Shekalch, a spokesman for Iranian military forces, said Thursday that Israel was forced to retreat by the ninth day of the recent conflict, declaring that the regime’s military and intelligence report infrastructure has been “reduced to tile rub” under Iran’s strike.
General Shekalch said at a ceremony in the Holy City, the holy city of the Holy City, that despite being the martian of Iran’s top commander during the first hours of the conflict, the Islamic Revolutionary Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Forces (IRGC) Aerospace Forces can bring deep attacks on Islali’s position, based on the leaders of the Islamic Revolution and the leadership of the rapid reconstruction.
He described the way to occupied Palestinian territory as us deployed to intercept Iranian missiles and drones, the hundreds of us with British, German, French-supplied radar systems, fighters and air defense batteries, British, German and French-supplied radar systems, fighters and heavily strengthened corridors. “None of them were successful,” he said. “From north to south, the occupied territory was struck directly and effectively.”
Israel launched full US and Western support and war with the aim of dismantling Iran’s command chain and critical infrastructure in hopes of causing domestic instability. “By the seventh day, after repeated battlefield failures, the Zionist administration called on Washington to directly intervene. However, with full-scale US support, they were unable to achieve their strategic goals,” General Shekalch said.
He added that the leaders of the Islamic Revolution have declared the outcome a clear victory on the front of resistance. “By the ninth day, the enemy had exhausted its military and intellectual capabilities and was unable to sustain war,” he said.
Shekarchi emphasized that Israel’s advanced defense system had a critical change in the balance of regional power as it failed to intercept Iranian missiles. He also highlighted the psychological sacrifices to Israeli forces, saying, “For the first time in more than 70 years, the occupying regime forces have been forced to evacuate under the fierce fires of Iran.”
He also accused Western alliance media of restraining the scale and reality of battlefield development, saying, “Global media outlets in line with hegemonic forces are actively working to hide the truth.”
The war began on June 13th, when Israel launched a surprising attack in which it targeted Iran’s civilian nuclear sites and assassinated senior soldiers and scientists. Tehran responded with a massive missile and drone campaign under Operation True Promise III several hours later.
On June 22, the US officially joined the conflict and launched airstrikes at Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordor, Natanz and Isfahan using bunkerbuster ammunition.
In response, Iran is ready to target US Al-Udeid Air Force Base in Qatar with ballistic missiles and escalate as needed.
Amidst rising casualties, internal unrest and concerns over Iran’s retaliation, Israel accepted a unilateral ceasefire on June 24, effectively ending the 12-day conflict.
