In comments at a press conference Tuesday, Fatemeh Mohajerani said Iran’s nuclear site suffered serious damage from military attacks by the Israeli regime and the US.
The Zionist regime fought a war of aggression against Iran on June 13, attacking Iranian troops, nuclear power and residential areas for 12 days, but the US carried out a military attack on three nuclear sites in Iran, Natanz, Fordau and Isfahan on June 22.
Asked about the outlook for a new negotiation between Iran and the US, Mohajelani said Iran’s Foreign Ministry had already announced that no decisions have been made on this point so far and that it has eliminated such an impending decision.
She said the Israeli attacks caused damage to 3,500 residential buildings, including 332 homes in Tehran, due to the attack on Iran.
A spokeswoman pointed out that 935 Iranians are martyred in the 12-day war, including 140 women and children, but more than 5,600 were injured.
She also added that Israeli attacks on Tehran’s Evin prison brought 79 martials on June 23.
