TEHRAN – In a brave offensive, the Israeli regime launched a massive military campaign against Iran early on Friday, targeting nuclear facilities, military bases and civilian regions around the country.
The attacks that killed top military commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilian scores, including women and children, have been accused by Iran of a serious violation of sovereignty and international law.
As Iran makes a robust defense through Operation Trumis III, E3, which employs Britain, France and Germany, faced criticism from Tehran and the global South for not condemning Israel’s war crimes, hypocrisy and failure to condemn the blame.
Crimes against humanity in Tel Aviv
Israel’s unprovoked attacks have collided with dozens of sites, including Tehran, Natanz, Kondab and Koramabad, targeting nuclear research centres, military facilities and residential areas.
Among the martialists were IRGC Commander Hossein Salami, Major General Mohammad Bageyeri, nuclear scientists Feredun Abbasi and Mohammad Medi Tehelanchi, and dozens of children.
The strike that targeted peaceful nuclear facilities in violation of Geneva’s treaties has been described by Tehran as a coordinated act of terrorism coordinated with the implicit approval of Western countries.
In response, Iran exercised its inherent rights to self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter, launching hundreds of missiles that violated Israel’s multi-layered air defense system, and launched Operation Operation III dubbed with a powerful counter strike.
Revolution leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei declared that Israel would “make a big mistake and the consequences would render it helpless.”
Rather than condemning Israel’s violation of international law, E3 coincided with Tel Aviv, exposing the trends of double standards and imperialism.
Their response has been covered in calls for escalation and has been recognized in Tehran as thinly covered support for Israeli war crimes.
In the UK, Kiel Prime Minister Starmer has recognized Israel’s “self-defense rights” and announced the deployment of additional fighter jets and refueling aircraft as “emergency response.”
“We are moving assets to the region, including the Jet, because of contingent support throughout the region,” Starmer said on Saturday, refusing to rule out direct military involvement in defending Israel from Iran’s retaliation.
Tehran views the move as a continuation of British colonial heritage, once carving Western Asia for its own benefit.
In a statement that torested hypocrisy, French President Emmanuel Macron denounced Iran’s “ongoing nuclear program” while reaffirming Israel’s “right to protect itself and ensure its security.”
French Foreign Minister Jeannoel Barott echoed this sentiment and expressed “deep concern” about Iran’s nuclear activity, but remained silent about civilian casualties caused by the Israeli bomb.
Iran’s foreign ministry has denounced France’s stance as a shameful attempt to distract attention from the Tel Aviv attack.
German Prime Minister Friedrich Merz admitted that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had personally explained it a few hours before the attack.
“Israel has the right to protect its citizens’ presence and safety,” declared Merz, highlighting Germany’s coordination with the UK, France and the US to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
Iran accused Iran of reviving German Naziel thinking by supporting the “genocide regime” in Tel Aviv, which protected Jews who fled Hitler’s persecution during World War II.
Calling for E3 hypocrisy
Iranian leaders have accused them of uniting in condemning E3’s accomplices, allowing Israel’s aggression through diplomatic cover and provocative actions.
Foreign Minister Abbas Araguchi, in a call with EU foreign policy director Kaja Karas on Saturday, declared that continuing indirect consultations with the US was given Israel’s “sparrow” support, given Washington’s “unfair.”
“The international community should respond decisively to condemning Israel’s attacks,” Araguchi demanded, criticizing E3 for not holding Tel Aviv accountable.
Araguc also condemned a recent IAEA Committee resolution drafted by the US, UK, France and Germany that accused Iran of condemning nuclear non-compliance days before the attack.
“As per international law, attacks on peaceful nuclear facilities are completely illegal and prohibited, and the international community is obligated to hold the Zionist regime liable for this dangerous and unprecedented violation of the law,” he said.
The resolution, which was supported by Russia, China and Burkina Faso and passed with 19 votes against it, is seen in Tehran as a deliberate pretext to justify the Israeli attack.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Esmaeir Bhagihai has taken X to bring about an exciting b-responsibility for E3’s moral failure.
“History reminder: Germany ignited two world wars. Iran protected Jews fleeing Hitler. Ask Polish/French refugees who have obtained Iranian passports.
In another post, Baghey claimed that Macron “spinned” Iran’s nuclear program, and concluded that Israel “targets peaceful nuclear facilities, bomb homes, killing Iranians with cold blood for blatant violations of international law, and that “hypocrisy is phenomenal.”
Speaking to the nation, President Masuud Pezeskian called for unity among peace-loving countries in order to counter Israeli invasion and E3 accomplices.
“They stand in a regime that slaughter our children, although they argue that the power of Europe defends human rights,” he said. He urged the international community to demand accountability.
Global voice for the Western double standards
The light-form of Iran resonated across the southern part of the world, as the nation and its leaders gathered in its defense.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has condemned the Israeli attack as “a criminal attack on Iranian people who violate international law and the UN Charter.”
In a statement on Sunday, Maduro supported “21st century Hitler” in connection with Netanyahu, accusing him of declaring that “there is none in war, there is none in fascism, there is none in neo-Natizionism.” Venezuela has expressed full solidarity with victims in Iran and other regions of the Israeli invasion.
Cuba’s Foreign Ministry has issued similar denunciations holding Israel and its Western supporters accountable for “an unfair war with Iran.”
The statement described the attack as “a fierce violation of the UN Charter and international law,” urging the UN General Assembly and the Security Council to act to halt the attack.
Notable international figures have also been spoken about. Mohamed Elbaradei, Nobel Zapata, former head of the IAEA criticised Germany’s support for Israeli strikes, noting that such actions violated the Geneva treaty and the UN Charter’s prohibition on the use of force, except for self-defense and the approval of the Security Council.
Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur for occupied Palestinian territory, said “On a day when Israel is not provoked, he attacked Iran, the president of Europe’s major forces, and ultimately recognizes that in the Middle East only Israel and Israel have the right to protect itself.”
E3’s Imperial Heritage and IAEA’s Conspiracy
E3’s accomplice is considered an extension of the history of imperialism.
Iran’s democratically elected government in 1953, French exploitation of Western Asian colonies, and criminal cooperation with the United States against German Nazi atrocities are frequently cited in Tehran as evidence of their unreliable nature.
Many analysts view E3’s support for Israel as a continuation of their quest to control and destabilize our region.
Additionally, the IAEA resolution of the E3 sponsor, passed Thursday, was a point of certain competition. Iran sees it as a calculated movement by E3, portraying Tehran as a nuclear threat, thereby providing Israel with an excuse for its vicious attack. The timing of the resolution was that E3 and US sponsorships promoted accusations of conspiracy a few days before the attack.
Human costs and Iran’s decision
In Iran, the attacks promote public sentiment. In large demonstrations in Tehran and other cities, citizens were denounced E3’s accomplices. “The West claims to value human life, but they cheer as our children are murdered,” an Iranian social media user wrote.
E3’s accomplice in Israeli invasion revealed the vulnerability of the so-called “rule-based order.” Iran and its allies see it as a tool to protect Western allies while punishing independent states.
By supporting Israeli attacks and pushing provocative IAEA resolutions, Britain, France and Germany not only betrayed Iran, but also put global peace at stake. Potential fallout – regional wars, energy shocks and increased movement – will grow, but Iran remains immovable in its resolve to defend its sovereignty.
