The response of Iranian missiles at Israeli military centres has sparked a wave of media and diplomatic reactions in the West and Israel, intensifying strikes, promoting global consensus on Tehran, taking responsibility, and engineering global consensus through emphasising civilian casualties.
Supported by Zionist security and media, as well as the mainstream of the West, propaganda aims to provide audiences with biased narration of recent developments, aiming to introduce the Islamic Republic as a nation that produces invasions and threats, not as a nation that gives a natural defensive response to invasions, but as a nation that produces crisis and threats.
In this regard, Western media such as the CNN, the BBC and Fox News are trying to portray emotional and dramatic images of the so-called incident at Soroka Medical Center, but Iran is targeting military and security positions and has not confirmed reports of damage to the medical center. Similarly, Israeli media have launched propaganda campaigns on medical centres to exploit the incident and turned it into a symbol of Iranian crime in order to prepare an international stage to build up more pressure on Iran.
The key to this campaign is to rule out Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, attacks on Syria, assassinations of Iranian scientists, and continuing violations of regional sovereignty.
Instead, it presents biased narration to the world’s audience, focusing attention on the emotional and biased consequences of Iranian responses, and does not explain the reasons for the natural response.
So what’s happening is a multi-tiered project to play the blame game, manage public opinion around the world, and pave the way for further political, security and military pressure on Iran.
To respond effectively to this media hype, it is necessary for the resistant media and independent elite to correct this narration, clarifying the defensive and deterrent nature of this response. This is because the state is considered legitimate and essential to effectively respond to continued acts of aggression.
