Tehran – People around the world have taken them on the streets for the past few days to condemn Israel’s attacks on Iran.
Hundreds of Moroccans demonstrated in a city in northern Tanguye on Wednesday evening to condemn Israel’s invasion of both Gaza and Iran.
Protesters were summoned by Morocco’s initiatives for support and advocacy (non-governmental organizations), demanding that Palestine be not abandoned and that Iran be supported in conflict with Israeli entities.
They also called on the Islamic world to take action to help Palestinians and Iranians, chanting slogans for Palestinian resistance and normalization with Israeli entities and others in support of Iran.
Almost every day, Moroccan cities witness popular protests in support of Gaza since Israeli groups began devastating attacks on the Palestinian strip.

Hundreds of Moroccans demonstrate in Tangie that they condemn Israel’s attacks on Iran’s Gaza.
The popular movement coincides with the ongoing Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023, with more than 185,000 Palestinians dead and injured, mostly children and women, and more than 11,000 people missing. Hundreds of thousands have been evacuated, and hunger advocates the lives of many people, including children, and claims widespread destruction.
Condemnation in India
Several people were detained outside the US consulate in the Gachibouri area of Hyderabad. The demonstration was held to condemn Israel’s recent airstrikes against Iran and demand Palestinian justice, according to organizers.
Protesters raised slogans condemning Israeli aggression and called for urgent international intervention to end the violence. Protesters were able to see them lifting placards in a “Stop Genocide” written outside the consulate in the Gachibouri area.
American Jewish groups refuse to support Israel
Many progressive Jewish organizations have rejected the support of a joint statement by the Conference of the Presidents of the Major Jewish Organizations (COP), which has expressed support for Israel’s unprovoked attacks on Iran.
According to Haaretz, several well-known organizations, including the Council of Jewish Women, HIAS (formerly the Hebrew Immigration Aid Association), and the New Jewish Story Union, withhold their support.
The new Jewish story is a recently formed alliance between Amainu, a group historically associated with the Israeli Labour Party.
Branded as a “consensus-based” umbrella group representing the American Jewish community across the political spectrum, COP has drafted a statement as a show of unified support for Israeli escalation against Iran, surrounded by “defensive action against nuclear and military infrastructure.”
Italian-Arab Friendship Association condemns Israel
The Italian-Arab Friendship Association has condemned Israel’s invasion of the Islamic Republic and said it will continue to support the Palestinian people.
The Italian-Arab Friendship Association has launched a campaign to tackle the current situation, including Israel’s wild attacks on the Islamic Islamic Republic, a devastating war on Gaza’s Palestinians and the West Bank, repeated attacks on Lebanon and the continued occupation of Lebanon’s territory.
In this regard, the Italian Arab Friendship Association’s Enforcement Bureau emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran will pay a price to support the oppressed people, especially the Palestinians. The association’s statement also highlighted the need to respect the legitimate human rights of Palestinians, their right to self-determination, and the establishment of an independent state.
Members of the association’s executive office, overseas representatives, and branch officials have unanimously condemned Israel’s wild attacks on the Islamic Republic, calling it “blatant and dangerous.”
Israel is “paper tiger”: Venezuela
Iran’s strong response to Israel’s invasion revealed “Israel” as “no more than a paper tiger,” endorsed Venezuela’s Home Minister and executive director general of Venezuela’s United Socialist Party (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.
During a pro-Iranian demonstration in Caracas, Cabello emphasized Venezuela’s commitment to peace and unwavering support for the Palestinian people.
He said, “While many countries remain silent, most of the world praise Iran’s sovereign response to Israeli rabies dogs.”
Cabello repeated solidarity with Iran to protect the peace against the “Zionist attacks,” and argued that Tehran had the rightful right to protect itself from all forms of attack.
“There is no safe place for Zionism.”
The Venezuelan minister criticized the United Nations, describing it as an “organization serving the American empire” and questioned the silence of Palestinian atrocities.
He stressed that Iran “had a brave voice in the defense of honorable people,” and warned that those celebrating the attack on Iran believe Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba will be next.
Cabello pointed out that “Zionism is not safe in Israel today,” and claimed that Iran has demonstrated that the Israeli regime is truly vulnerable.
He also accused the US of promoting aggression, saying Washington, alongside “Israel” and its allies, is caught up in a conflict that encourages the rise of the free state.
According to Cabello, the global uprising aims not only to affirm victory, but also to expose “Israel” as “a small paper tiger.”
He concluded his remarks by “Long Live Palestine and Iran.”
Iran: “Victims of Empire Attack”
In the same context, Jorge Rodriguez, chairman of the Venezuelan Parliament, extended “infinite solidarity” to the Palestinian people with resistance.
He also expressed Venezuela’s unwavering support for Iran’s Islamic Republic, describing it as “a victim of imperialist invasion due to the existence of the Genocide Israel.”
Rodriguez has condemned international human rights groups and the courts, and denounced them for silence while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continues his genocide in Gaza.
“I dream of the day that President Nichols Maduro, along with Venezuelan revolutionaries, announces his withdrawal from these lying organisations that did not defend the International Criminal Court and human rights,” he said.
“You will see us on the streets, for now and forever, as a free Palestine who will live long,” he declared.
Palestinian ambassador to Iran thank Venezuela
Meanwhile, Palestinian Venezuelan ambassador Fadi al Zaven expressed his deep gratitude to President Nicholas Maduro and the Venezuelan people for his unconditional support amid the ongoing Israeli attacks.
Alzaben has accused “Israel” of killing thousands of civilians with the support of the US government and criticised him for silence international organizations.
Furthermore, Iranian ambassador to Venezuela, Alichgini, has reaffirmed that Iran will continue its struggle for justice, freedom and its sovereignty.
