TEHRAN – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) has issued harsh warnings to the United States following US airstrikes at Iran’s peaceful nuclear facilities, declaring that invaders “have no initiative or ability to escape retaliation.”
In a strongly expressed statement released on Sunday, the IRGC denounced the attack as a blatant violation of international law and pledged a strong and accurate response targeting the interests and infrastructure of the Zionist regime and its allies.
According to the IRGC, the early morning strike marked a blatant violation of international norms, including the UN Charter, Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), and principles of national sovereignty and territorial integrity. The statement declared that Iranian troops have identified the origins of aircraft involved in the attacks, placed them under close scrutiny and highlighted the country’s comprehensive information advantage.
The IRGC emphasized that the widespread presence of US military bases in the region is not a sign of strength, but a source of vulnerability. “Their number and variance only multiplies the risks they face,” the statement read.
Reaffirming Iran’s commitment to peaceful nuclear advancement, the IRGC said such attacks would not halt the country’s scientific advancement, but would instead reinforce the resolve of young scientists. The force has also committed to continuing retaliatory measures under Operation True Promise III, noting that more than 20 accurate and targeted attacks have already been implemented against Israeli infrastructure and strategic assets.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran reserves the right to respond within the framework of legitimate self-defense, including options beyond the misguided calculations of the enemy,” the IRGC warned, adding that invaders should prepare a response that leaves them with lasting regret.
Conclusion of that statement, the IRGC is ready to protect Iran’s dignity and security under the leadership of the Islamic Revolution, and has protected Ali Khamenei with full support from the Iranian state. “By God’s grace, the Islamic Republic will win and honor the people of Iran and the broader Islamic Umma.”
