TEHRAN – The German Prime Minister’s claim that Israel was legal to attack Iran, particularly its nuclear sites, is extremely shocking.
International law prohibits attacks on nuclear sites, but I think Frederick Maatz is in his senses.
Law scholars are frowning at Friedrich Merz’s horrifying comments.
The German Prime Minister believed that attacks on nuclear power plants on Ford, Natantz and Isfahan could lead to human and environmental disasters.
Such dangerous and irresponsible remarks by famous officials like Mertz, who had adopted a reconciliatory approach to controversial issues, as World War II is far from heartfelt.
“There is no doubt about the legitimacy and legality of what Israel did under international law,” Meltz told lawmakers during a parliamentary questioning and answering session.
Mertz is massacring Germany’s reputation for many Israeli war criminals. The claim that Israel’s war with Iran was legal reminds me of one thing about the Nazi German rulers. The spirit of Nazi Germany appears to have been revived in Mertz’s mind.
The German Prime Minister boasted that Behamin Netanyahu had informed him before Israel launched an attack on Iran.
On June 17th, five days after Israel’s invasion of Iran, he told ZDF Broadcasting Station, “It’s the dirty work that Israel is doing for all of us.”
Through his reckless remarks, Mertz proved that he was one of the Western leaders conspired in the war with Iran, leading to the deaths of over 1,000 people, mainly civilians.
European leaders, including French and British leaders, refused to condemn Israel’s attacks on Iran’s nuclear lands, but they did not openly support it. But not only did Meltz support attacks, he also called them legal. wonderful.
Merz knows that attacks on Iran’s nuclear sites violate additional protocols to the Vienna treaty, but his subordination to someone like Benjamin Netanyahu, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for war crimes and crimes against humanity, blinded him and his advisors.
The world has found that Germany stands on the wrong side of history under Olaf Scholz. However, the current prime minister acted more irresponsible by invoking Israel’s sudden, unprovoked legal war in Iran.
Even German lawmakers, especially those from rival parties and within his Christian Democratic Union, are expected to be responsible for his rash remarks or replace him with others in the CDU party.
Speaking on the Bundestag on the same date, Mertz said, “It’s just one of several possible assumptions that it’s a preemptive attack on a potentially impending nuclear attack from Iran.”
Mertz should provide answers to these three questions. Was Iran really trying to attack Israel? Or has it been proven that Iran is trying to build a nuclear weapon? Even if Iran had a nuclear bomb, will he use Israeli and Palestinians as defending their homeland rights?
Merz must know that it was Israel that launched a “dirty war” against Iran by attacking the Iranian embassy complex in Damascus, Syria on April 1, 2024.
The new prime minister should learn a lesson from Gerhard Schroeder, who in 2003 strongly opposed the US attack on Iraq under the false pretext of hiding weapons of mass destruction.
Schroeder proved to be totally correct. No weapons of mass destruction were found. However, the war with Iraq has massacred millions of Iraqis and spread terrorism throughout the region.
