TEHRAN – Ayatollah Seiyed Ali Khamenei, leader of the Islamic Revolution, says Iran is ready to take appropriate diplomatic and military measures if the US and Israel decide to engage in the war with the Islamic Republic again.
Leaders spoke at a meeting with judicial authorities on Wednesday, less than a month after Iran launched a war that Iranian-initiated halted at Washington’s proposal. The United States also engaged in war directly at one point and launched a strike against Iranian nuclear sites that had already struck. Iran responded by attacking a key US military base in the region, Al Udeid Air Force Base in Qatar.
At his latest conference, Ayatollah Khamenei analysed the incredible achievements of the Iranian country in the imposed war, highlighting the collapse of invader calculations and schemes. He emphasized the grand unity of Iranian people across various political and ideological spectra that defends dear Iran: “It is the responsibility of all to protect the unity of this nation.”
Ayatollah Khamenei said: “The great deeds of people in the 12-day war stem from the resolve, resolve and confidence of the people. The spirit of being prepared to stand up to the powers of America and its rabies dogs, the Zionist regime, is extremely valuable.” The leader emphasized that both friends and enemies must recognize that the Iranian state will not enter any arena as the weaker side. He continued. “We have all the tools we need – both reasoning and military capabilities. Therefore, every time we intervene, whether in the field of diplomacy or the battlefield, we enter with strength.”
“We consider the Zionist regime a criminal in pro-cancer and the US, but we didn’t seek war. But every time the enemy attacked, our response was solid and crushed,” Ayatollah Khamenei said the Zionist regime’s appeal before citing the appeal to the US as clear evidence of Iran’s reporting blow. “If the Zionist regime had not been on its knees, if it could protect itself, it would not have run to the US for help. But it realized it could not stand the Islamic Republic.”
Regarding Iran’s reciprocal strikes against the US attack, the leader described it as “a very sensitive and strategic blow.” He said: “The target hit by Iran was one of America’s most important centers in the region. Once the media power outages are lifted, it becomes clear that a heavy hit has been hit.
Emphasizing the recent emergence of national phenomena during wartime, Ayatollah Khamenei said that this existence thwarted the enemy’s plans. He explained: “The invaders envisioned weakening the system by targeting certain major Iranian individuals and centres. They planned to unleash dormant proxies, from hypocrites and monarchs to thugs, stirring up anxiety and dragging people into the streets to overthrow the Islamic system,” he continued: “In fact, opposition to enemy design was unfolded. It became clear that many of the assumptions of some individuals, such as the political field, were wrong.”
The leader emphasized that the masks had fallen from the invaders’ faces, and their hidden goals were made public. He said: “God nullified their plot and brought people into the field to support the government and the Islamic system. They provided both finance and life to the system, contrary to the expectations of the enemy.”
He highlighted the need to maintain this deep unity by viewing the unity formed by individuals of various religious influences, and even opposed political tendencies as “a tremendous national unity.” The leaders of the Islamic Revolution have called on officials to continue their work with full vitality and spirit. “Allah will certainly help those who help him,” he said: “Everything should be known: God has assured me of support for the Iranian state under the Islamic system and under the Quran and the flag of Islamic State. This country will undoubtedly win.”
Later in his speech, the leader highlighted the need for legal action on war crimes committed by the Zionist regime during the recent conflict. He said: “The judiciary must take all aspects into consideration and pursue it seriously and seriously, with accurate and complete awareness, both through international and national courts.”
At the start of the meeting, Attorney General Hujjat al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Mohseni Ejei presented a report on the recent performance of the judiciary.
