TEHRAN – The funeral procession of six martyrs in the recent terrorist attacks against Zahedan Judicial took place on Sunday, with a wide spectrum of the Sunni and Shiite communities in Sistan and Balchestan, along with the fallen fallers and the families of the state authorities.
The massive turnout from both Sunni and Shiite residents reflected the unwavering solidarity and vigilance of the Sistan and the Balchestan people over the power of terrorism.
The ceremony began at Shohada Square and proceeded towards the cemetery of Zahedan Mar instructors, where eu lay to rest during Hossein Rafiei Nasab.
The bodies of other martyrs, including Li, Soldiers Neema Karimi and Ahmad Abdollahi, during Hossein Ali Nouri, were moved to their homeland for burial.
Among the victims of this brutal attack was a six-month old infant, whose martialism further strengthened the community’s grief.
Saturday’s attack in Zahedan caused at least six deaths and 22 injuries, leaving three assailants dead during a clash with security guards.
Sistan and Balchestan, bordering Pakistan, are a sustained target of terrorist activity organized by groups associated with unstable foreign intelligence agency in the southeastern and southwest regions of Iran.
