Tehran – The Iranian Red Crescent Association (IRCS) rescue and relief organization holds disaster preparedness and response training courses for approximately 85,000 rescuers, relief and rapid response teams.
The training course will be conducted simultaneously in various states, including Tehran, Isfahan, Karman, Gilan and Markaj, the IRNA reported.
This course has three modules on national dangers. The first part will be carried out in the city for relief workers. The second phase will train rescuers at the state level, and the third is for rapid response teams who play a central role in disasters and crises.
So far, three trainers from Gilan Province have been trained in pre-hospital care, logistics, relief preparation and combat. Returning to your state, trainers will hold specialist courses for rescue workers and rescuers.
In January, the IRCS held rescue and rescue Olympiades for 256 male and female rescuers from across the country, competing in a team of four.
The main purpose of Olympiad was to improve the physical fitness and skills of the IRCS rescue team and to increase the efficiency of providing relief services in the event of a disaster.
Rescue and Rescue Olympiad included seven steps: navigation (forests, valleys, mountains), water rescue, rescue baskets, emergency accommodation (tent setup), pre-hospital care, road rescue missions (varium stabilization, savings, transfer), and mountain search and rescue.
