TEHRAN – Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bakar Kalibah praised the success of Operation Trumis III, warning that new attacks by the enemy will be met with even stronger and more accurate responses under Operation Trumis IV.
Speaking in the aired programme, Karibah praised the courage of the young Iranian fighters who played a critical role in his latest operation, saying that even the sacred defence era sappers had raised courage.
“Our firepower at the Launchers was far beyond what the enemy had imagined. When we targeted an American base or during a final missile strike early in the surgery,” he said.
He said Iran’s unprecedented missile capabilities were demonstrated in a precision strike at Be’er al-Sabe (Beersheba), a key site of the Zionist regime.
From true promises to true promises III
Karibah highlighted progress in Iran’s missile programme, recalling that during the True Promise I operation, 40-50% of Iran’s missiles were intercepted before reaching the target. In contrast, during True Promise III, a single missile highlighted Iran’s tactical and technical advantages, shocking the be’er al-sabe.
“This wasn’t about reducing firepower,” he said. “It was about showing us our proficiency and accuracy.”
The speaker emphasized that Iran’s defensive and offensive capabilities are at a very advanced stage. “If the enemy dares to attack again, Operation True Promise IV will be more powerful and more accurate than before,” he warned.
Karibah also highlighted a high level of coordination between Iranian military forces and political leaders. “President Pezeschkian has never hesitated to support the military, whether material or political,” he said. “Our decision is clear. If they attack, we will fight back regardless of how long the war lasts.”
He recalled that in the recent conflict, Iran fired 14 missiles around 7am in response to the continued enemy fire. “Even after our retaliatory strike, Israel made another mistake. And we responded again. This was not time to hesitate. The commander took responsibility and acted decisively,” he added.
“Israel remains a ruthless threat to Iran and the wider region.”
Karibah warned that the Zionist regime is a ruthless threat to Iran and the wider region, and has accused him of ignoring the sovereignty of other countries. “This administration is dangerous to the Islamic Republic, our society, and the region as a whole,” he said.
He also emphasized that leaders of the Islamic Revolution have urged civil servants and commentators to speak with accurate information, and that public analysis reflects reality.
“Hamas is a liberation movement.”
In response to the accusations against Hamas, Karibah strongly rejected the claim that the Palestinian movement was a terrorist group. “Hamas is a liberation movement, rooted in Islam and the Qur’an values and is fighting to free occupied Palestine,” he said.
He explained that Hamas had independently and completely kept the October 7th operation a secret without notifying Iran or even Hezbollah. “The assumption that this is an Israeli trick is absolutely wrong,” he emphasized.
Karibah added that Hamas’ success exposed the intelligence failure of the Zionist regime. “Despite the claims of control, Israel has failed to detect or halt operations, a testament to Hamas’ ability and Israel’s weakness.”
The ’12 Day War saw a complete adjustment between all branches.”
Karibahu said there was a full coordination between the highest national security council, government chief, foreign ministry and the military throughout the 12-day war. He emphasized that decisions are made promptly and that leader guidance ensures unity and effectiveness.
He repeatedly concluded that Iran’s path was clear. “If the enemy attacks again, the True Promise IV will be executed with greater strength, accuracy and determination.”
