Tehran – Iran is to intensify punishment for spying and conspiracy with the Israeli regime.
A spokesman for Iran’s Guardians Council said the council has “approved allegations that it would exacerbate the punishment for spying and conspiracy with the Israeli regime.
Hadi Tahan added the motion adopted by lawmakers when the president imposed a 12-day Israeli war against Iran after being notified by Congress.
On June 13, Israel launched a blatant, unprovoked attack on Iran, triggering a 12-day war that killed at least 1,064 people domestically, including military commanders, nuclear scientists and civilians.
The United States also took part in the war by bombing three nuclear sites in Iran with a serious violation of international law.
In response, Iranian forces targeted strategic sites across the occupying regions and Aldeid Air Force Base in Qatar, the largest US military base in West Asia.
On June 24, Iran was able to stop the terrorist attacks through successful retaliation operations against both the Israeli regime and the United States.
During the war, drones and ammunition were reportedly smuggled into Iran and used to attack domestic targets.
Meanwhile, Iran has arrested several intruders spying on behalf of the Israeli regime. The agents were said to be operating smuggling drones to hit targets. Some of the arrested spies were executed after being convicted.
In one case, three men were found guilty of working with the Israeli Mossad Spy Agency to smuggle bombs and charges them with dismantling them into Iran, and assassinating a prominent Iranian figure.
According to a statement released by the Judicial Public Relations Division, the enforcement took place in urban cities in northwestern Iran after the Supreme Court upheld their death penalty after extensive legal cases.
The three men were identified as Idris Aali, Azad Shojaei and Rasoul Ahmad.
The prisoners were hanged on charges of “corruption on earth” (Fesad phil az) and “war against God” (Mohale) through cooperation with hostile foreign institutions at the request of the Israeli regime.
Judicial records show that individuals contacted major Mossad agents in neighboring countries and brought the devices needed to targeted killings of senior Iranian officials into the country.
They could smuggle remotely controlled assassination devices under the guise of commissioning alcoholic beverages, killing Iranian personalities accordingly.
Following the identification and arrests by Iranian Intelligence Television Force, the trio went to court to investigate their cases and decided. Some of the accused had two defense counsels in the courtroom.
The investigation of documents provided by judicial officers showing connections with famous Mossad operatives and cooperation with the Israeli regime’s spy service was the defendant sentenced to death by the URMIA Revolutionary Court.
The apex court later considered the first judgments and upheld them. Following the conclusion of all legal proceedings, the judgment was conducted in accordance with the final verdict of the court.
