Beirut – Reconciliation, peace, normalization and other terms in the imperialist lexicon are the continuation of a soft war aimed at further realising Israel’s expansionist ambitions by undermining the front of resistance and engaging it in internal conflicts.
On Wednesday, Hebrew Channel 12 cited an “exceptional statement” by Israeli political sources who argued that “the discussion with Lebanon is part of a broad and comprehensive plan.”
He added: “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s policies have already changed the Middle East and we want to continue our momentum and reach normalization with Lebanon.”
Suggesting that it would impose the post-war Israel situation, sources argued: Addresses these issues, namely normalization.
Israeli occupational groups have tried to impose normalization on Lebanon through a variety of means since its illegal inception, but military, security and political realities have not helped them achieve this.
The current motivation of Israel’s enemy is the belief that the front of resistance has weakened, especially after losing its main supply line through Syria.
The first and fundamental step for normalization is to crush the Lebanese Resistance Front. This has not been achieved and has not been achieved as Israel has failed its recent attack in Lebanon with US support. Moreover, resistance movements rely on widespread popular support.
This urged Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen to eliminate the possibility of normalization with Lebanon at this time, claiming it was “too early to talk about it.”
Cohen acknowledged that it would be difficult to impose normalization on Lebanon without neutralizing Iran, given the new regional dynamics.
Israeli colonial groups are constantly trying to secure their qualitative military and security tops in Western Asia. As many analysts point out, it will benefit far more from any normalization contract than “giving.”
Tel Aviv does so against the United States because it does not feel a moral obligation to spy even in its closest allies.
It is noteworthy that the US Department of Commerce has placed NSO Group, an Israeli company that developed Pegasus spyware on its list of banned companies, citing its perception of threats to US national security.
In any case, the efforts of Washington and Tel Aviv are certainly serious, but they recognize that there are many difficult obstacles to achieve this.
In the 1980s, after Egypt withdrew from the axis of resistance and signed Camp David Accord, Tel Aviv believed that the opportunity to impose normalization with Lebanon was ripe. However, the newly formed resistance movement quickly negated the shameful normalization agreement of May 1983 in February 1984.
Netanyahu previously emphasized several times that “peace” with Lebanon cannot be achieved while resistance existed. This proves that only Hezbollah can drive away normalized traps!
