Tehran – To celebrate International Museum Day, the Iranian National Museum of Science and Technology will hold a two-day collaborative workshop on May 20th and 21st, “Artificial Intelligence and Content Creation,” which will be held in collaboration with ICOM Iran.
According to the museum, the workshop aims to explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing content creation in museums and cultural institutions. It features both theoretical lectures and practical sessions, and will be held from 9am to 5pm in the museum’s conference hall.
The event aims to provide a platform for museum experts, engineers, educators and cultural practitioners to discuss AI-driven content solutions and the integration of emerging technologies into museum experiences.
Notable speakers in the theory section include Dr. Younes Shokrkhah, a faculty member at Tehran University, Mir Seyed Ahmad Mohit-Tabatabaei, and president of ICom Iran.
According to the organizers, the workshop is designed for those interested in museum design and management, AI and emerging technologies, informal and experiential education, youth engagement, and innovating interdisciplinary cultural technology innovations.
