Iraqi Foreign Minister Huad Hussein highlights the critical need for stability, security and the comprehensive political process in Syria following the downfall of Bashar al-Assad government, saying that all groups and factions must be involved in shaping the future of the Arab state.
“We need a stability, security and an inclusive political process in Syria. When we talk about an inclusive political process, the ultimate goal is Syria’s stability, which means the presence of all the groups and components of society in the process.”
Top Iraqi diplomats emphasized that restoring Syrian stability is not possible without a comprehensive political process, as it can protect Syrian society and prevent foreign intervention.
