Tehran – Israeli-supported settlers’ violence against Palestinians in the West Bank continues as part of efforts to Jewize the territory.
South of Alkalyl (Hebron), a Palestinian woman was injured during a settler attack on the Masafayatta house.
Activists told Palestinian press Wafa that Rabeeha al-Nawajeh was badly beaten by settlers during an attack in the village of Susiya.
Settlers threw rocks at doors and windows, causing injuries and property damage. Palestine neighborhoods have become one of the rise in flashpoint areas targeting illegal settler violence.
On Friday, settlers stormed the Al-Quds (Jerusalem), which occupied the Al-Buraq wall area west of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and held Talmud prayers to commemorate the beginning of the Hebrew Month in Tamz.
Elsewhere, the invasion of Joseph’s tomb caused conflict between the settlers and the Palestinians. Four settlers were injured in the clash, urging both the settlers and Israeli occupation forces to retreat.
Settlers also raided several areas in and around Navras, including Al Gawi’s roundabout, the city’s eastern district, Al Kuds Street and Rujave Street.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces arrested Palestinians from the village of Ter in the southwestern part of Nablus following a military raid involving several armored vehicles. The troops raided the house, searched for property and plundered their belongings.
In Kalkilya city, Israeli forces continued their attacks on the town of Azun east of the city, transforming one house into a military front post base. Two young men were also arrested when they attacked their home at the Harazone refugee camp north of Albire.
Previously, dozens of Israeli settlers attacked the Palestinian town of Kahul Malik on the occupied West Bank, causing a conflict that ended with Israeli occupation forces killing three Palestinians.
Since October 2023, around 1,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
Thousands have been injured or illegally lured by the Israeli occupation.
