Tehran-Kormozgan’s caretakers of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts in the province pointed to the inauguration of two agritourism complexes, adding that these two complexes were launched to promote appropriate spaces for visiting tourists from farming and gardens and direct supply of produce.
According to Irib, Abbas Raisi said Minab could be unique in the agriculture and horticulture sector.
Minab, who has prominent products such as mangoes, has great capabilities to promote agritoism, he said.
Supporting investors in this sector will help promote economic prosperity, the introduction of local products and drawing of tourists both domestically and internationally, he added.
“With the launch of these two projects, they will provide employment opportunities for local people. As activities expand, indirect employment capacity is projected to increase as well.”
He emphasized that one of the main policies of the Cultural Heritage sector in Hormozgan is to diversify the state’s agricultural products and use the native and natural capabilities of different regions to create sustainable income and jobs.
