BEIRUT – President Joseph Own is leading a Lebanese delegation to attend the UN General Assembly in New York, but Israel committed a new massacre in Bint Jbeil on Sunday afternoon, resulting in the murder of five civilians, including three children.
The crime came when US Morgan Ortags chaired a meeting of a committee that oversees the implementation of a ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and Israel on the first anniversary of a massive US-led Israeli attack on Lebanon.
Sources say Ortagus expressed her gratitude for the Lebanese military’s achievement in confiscating weapons south of the Ritani River, but considers it to be incomplete and the state must be more decisive.
An enemy representative emphasized that the early stages of the plan should include Bekaa Valley, whose home claims advanced weapons depots.
After the meeting, Ortagus left Beirut without meeting Lebanese Army commander Rudolf Heikal. Rudolf Heichal insisted on implementing his plan without political pressure, stating that Israel’s attacks would end and that the regime would withdraw from the occupied areas.
Meanwhile, in the unspoken and renewed support of the ongoing genocide of Israel’s enemy, the US envoy admitted in an interview with Sky News Arabia that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu doesn’t care about boundaries and red lines.
“If he feels Israel is under threat, he will go anywhere and do anything,” Barack said, “Peace is just an illusion. There was no peace before, and perhaps there will be no future as everyone is fighting for legitimacy.”
Some say, “We’re fighting at the border, but in reality it’s not what they’re fighting for,” Barack said, “Borders are just a negotiation process, and the end result means one party wants hegemony, which means that the other party has to submit, and “ultimately, economic prosperity is the only solution.”
On his part, U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham threatened to resort to military force if a “peaceful” effort to disarm Hezbollah failed, warning that his country “has not stood blankly” in the face of what he described as “Lebanon’s transformation into an Iranian military base on the Israeli border.”
Israel is heading for further violence in Palestine and Lebanon, as reported by Saudi envoy Yazid bin Fahan.
Sources pointed out that last week a meeting between the Republican president and Saudi Arabian Yazid bin Fahan did not mention Hezbollah Secretary Sheikh Naim Qassem’s initiative to open up to Riyadh.
Meanwhile, MP Hassan Fadrara, a member of Hezbollah’s loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, said the government is responsible for confronting Israeli repeated attacks on Lebanon.
Fadlallah stated, “There are many means in the government that we can rely on at a political, diplomatic, and international level, and pressure those who sponsored this Agreement to pressure them to stop these attacks, this violation, and the violation of the dignity and sovereignty of this country.”
