Tehran – Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts praised Reza Salehi Amiri for the role of women in Iran’s tourism sector, adding that half of the country’s tourism capabilities are retained by women.
He said 30-40% of hotel managers and 60% of ecotourism management are held by women.
Speaking at a gathering of leading women in tourism held in front of Vice President of Women and Family Zafra Bells Hazard at Sadabad’s historic and cultural complex on Monday, he said women will have a strong presence in the field of tourism, with 30% of the abilities of guides and 50% of the ability of travel work.
He said women have the right to assume half of the government’s capabilities, saying, “Our approach is to entrust work to women. We must accept that beyond the petrification and inaction approach, that anyone worthy can become a standard person.
Salehi-Amiri said Iranian women have a motive to prove their abilities and professional abilities. He added that it should be believed that development would not be possible without half the population of society.
The minister continued that women in Iran need equal status. “We must believe that in society humanity has an identity. The Iranian government believes in the existence of women in power. In a moral and humane society, gender is free of place, and all humans enjoy equal and fair rights.”
He added: “The instrumental view of women needs to break out of this lightly empty view. We have no right to tell and use this ability. Whenever we trust women and girls, we receive this reasonable path quickly.”
“This week is a week of celebration and joy for the Iranian tourism community, and we will be holding a programme that involves the presence of women and men working in the industry.”
Behrouz-Azar, another speaker at the event, said the family members spent more time with each other during their trip and added that “we should introduce Iran to future generations.”
She said: “In the tablets of Achemenid we see how much attention is being paid to women. Today, we are pursuing the privileges of government mothers, but at the same time the demands of women have been pursued. Today’s issues are not something that did not exist before. We have released prisoner prisoners in our sacred defense.”
“All programs should be for the formation and advancement of the family system. Article 10 of the Constitution provides that all people are under equal protection of the law. Article 21 is inherent to women. The President emphasizes the potential of women.
Referring to a family trip with her children, she said: “The child feels safe in an environment that is not familiar to the family alone. The sense of seeing new places and new experiences with his family is very important to him. This happens during travel. In today’s family, more than anything, the family needs to spend time together.”
She added: “When we talk about Iran, we should know Iran because our country has four seasons. These are things our children and future generations should know.”
