Tehran – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in a telephone conversation with Emmanuel Macron on Saturday emphasized that if the Islamic Republic continues to act of aggression it will lead to a “more decisive and crushing response.”
In response to Macron’s call for confidence building measures, President Pezeshkian reiterated Iran’s long-standing commitment to constructive cooperation with all countries, based on mutual respect and trust. “From the beginning, I tried to strengthen relations globally based on this. However, it was the Zionist regime that disrupt this process by carrying out the assassination of martialist Hanie in Tehran,” Pezeschkian said.
In response, French President Emmanuel Macron said France did not participate or support Israeli military strikes against Iran. “As I said in my previous conversation, we condemn attacks targeting private and nuclear-free facilities,” Macron said.
