The Arabic translation of Tehran_ “Negotiations: The Power of Diplomacy” was written by Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araqchi and was announced today at Muscat International Book Fair, with the Minister presenting it.
At the unveiling ceremony, Arakichi worked with visitors to sign a copy of his book, dedicated to Omani’s Foreign Minister Bad bin Hamad al-Busaidi.
In this book, published by Dar Al-Hekma Publishing in Beirut, Araqchi outlines negotiation strategies for Iran’s nuclear files and shares his experiences from nuclear negotiations later in Hassanruhani’s presidency.
Translated by Fatemeh Mohammadi Sijani, the book contains seven chapters discussing the different types of political negotiations, the characteristics of negotiators, the techniques of negotiation, the stages of negotiation, and the prerequisites and essentials for effective dialogue.
Araqchi emphasizes that negotiations are not merely diplomatic encounters, but rather deeply rooted art of Iranian culture, evident in the markets of countries where experienced merchants engage in professional and professional negotiation techniques.
The release of this book coincides with the resumption of nuclear negotiations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States.
