Tehran – “No Animals in the Theatre” by Jean Michel Libes is currently on stage at Tehran’s City Theatre.
Labkhand Badiei is the director of 75 minutes of play and will perform alongside Arastoo Khoshrazm, Maziar Mehregan, Kahbod Taraj, Shima Maleki and Hasti Eghdami.
It is a series of eight absurd works that make up a fun, entertaining, and heartwarming play. Libes looks closely at how the audience sees their lives, relationships and conversations, creating a fluid, airy, floating environment where these connections and interactions can occur, co-mix and cut off. I’ll put it there. Each other.
The short f-tale, portraits and graffiti gathered under the title “Animal-free theatre” are modest contributions to the shocking art, and a homage to all those fighting the pessimistic confinement of moderation.
Jean Michel Libes, 78, is a French playwright, screenwriter, theater director, filmmaker and actor. Since 2002 he has been managing director for Tator Durond Point.
“Animals Without Theatre” will remain on stage until March 2nd at the City Theater in Daneschju Park, at the confluence of Valier Athul and Engelab Streets.
