TEHRAN – A memorial service marking the 40th day of Islamic revolutionary leader Seyyed Ali Khamenei’s martyrdom at the hands of his American Zionist enemies will be held on Sunday at Vahdat Hall in Tehran in the presence of cultural, artistic and media figures.
The event, titled “Trustee of Iran,” commemorates the revered martyred leader, Minab school students, and others who lost their lives across the country in attacks by the United States and Israel, ILNA reported.
At the ceremony, prominent figures from the cultural and artistic worlds will read poems and dirges, and share memories to pay tribute to all those martyred during the 40-day war.
The memorial service was named after the pen name “Amin” (literally meaning trustee) that the martyr leader chose for his poem.
